Development of Hydrogen Pressure Vessels

KCTECH has developted hydrogen pressure vessels. The first part of the study is to develop the tube skid including hydrogen pressure vessels for tube trailer. It consists of 18 vessels, with a total hydrogen storage capacity of 1ton. The second part of the study is to develop the conformable hydrogen pressure vessels. Its purpose is to increase efficiency of hydrogen storage in the same space by developing hydrogen pressure vessel that are different shape from existing vessel and increase usability of apace so that battery case for Electric Vehicles can be used for public use.

The presentation will introduce Helicoid Bio-Mimetic Disruptive Technology Boosting Composites Impact Strength.
From the Bouligand architecture of the Mantis Shrimp smashing clubs to the outstanding impact performances found in Helicoid laminates, the presentation will reveal the unique mechanism at the source of the disruptive out-of-plane mechanical performances benefits. It will highlight how such Helicoid laminate design technology can quickly transfer to industry in key applications with usual materials and processes, thus bridging the gap between applied research and serial production.
